If your design has not been completed within 5 weeks of ordering and there is no communication from you we will cancel your order and it will be charged the 10% order set up fee. However, there will be a 10% order set up fee that will be deducted from your refund. If after placing your order but prior to completing the artwork you wish to cancel, we can do so.
